Because every artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.

Production & Shipping
Yes. Every piece is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Gelato. This ensures quality craftsmanship while reducing waste.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated delivery times after production:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, product type, and package size.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Delivery times are estimates. Animalia Reimagined is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has shipped.
