Because each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for preference changes. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

 


 

Made-to-Order Policy
All items are produced on demand via Gelato. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size or fit preference

  • Minor color variations

  • Ordering the wrong item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Once verified with our fulfillment partner, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost.

Limited-Edition Considerations
For limited-edition artwork, exact replacements cannot be guaranteed if an edition sells out. In such cases, an equivalent replacement or refund will be offered at our discretion.
